Catherine is approachable and a good listener therefore able to support students and staff alike. She previously taught Science in mainstream secondary for 16 years prior to becoming Science lead at The Willows School. She has 8 years of governors’ experience at another school and currently is Staff Governor at The Willows. Being a teacher at the school she understands and shares the impact of decisions, policies and events that are discussed and has a clear vision of the school and how it affects both staff and students.
