Abbie is a Level 3 qualified Early Years Practitioner with additional training and experience as a Special Educational Needs Co-ordinator (SENCo). She also brings valuable experience from fostering, having been a foster carer with her husband through their local council. Through this role, she has undertaken extensive training in trauma, attachment and safeguarding, and has supported children with special educational needs and trauma-related behaviours. Her daughter joined The Willows in September 2022 and is thriving, enjoying school and developing positive friendships. This first-hand experience has strengthened her passion for ensuring that all children receive the nurture, support and encouragement they need. She is committed to helping create an environment where every child feels safe, secure, respected and valued, and is supported to reach their full potential.
